» Responsibilities of a Executive Assistant:
- Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his daily routine.
- Coordinate and Follow up on tasks assigned.
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Screening of Emails.
- Maintain CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments.
- Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
- Helping prepare for meetings.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support.
» Required Skills and Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelors or equivalent degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English both.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to organize ,coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience with a Fintech Company will be an advantage.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
